Satluj World School, Derabassi, hosted a magnificent💥 and vibrant🌈 exhibition on the special occasions of Janmashtami and Independence Day. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Nursery to Class XII, who came together to showcase their knowledge, creativity, and artistic talents.
Life Journey of Lord Krishna
Students presented enchanting jhankis depicting the life of Lord Krishna — from His childhood adventures and challenges to His rise as a revered king. These beautifully crafted tableaux reflected the students’ imagination, devotion, and understanding of Krishna’s inspiring journey. Each scene was thoughtfully designed, with handmade props and expressive storytelling that captivated every visitor.
India’s Struggle for Independence
The exhibition further showcased insightful displays on India’s freedom movement. Students portrayed key moments from the fight against British rule, highlighting the courage, sacrifices, and unity of India’s great freedom fighters. Their presentations were not only informative but also filled the atmosphere with pride and patriotism.
The exhibition proved to be a grand success, drawing praise from parents, visitors, and the entire school community. The wholehearted involvement and hard work of the students were visible in every single display.
