At Satluj World School, celebrations beautifully blend learning, creativity, and meaningful values. On 18th October 2025, the school campus came alive with enthusiasm and vibrant energy as students celebrated Eco-Friendly Diwali through a spectacular Eco Fest Fair.
We are immensely proud of our young learners who made this event a wonderful success and extend our heartfelt gratitude to Advocate Ravi Dutt Sharma, Chairman of Satluj World School, and Dr. Ruby Sharma, Director of Satluj World School, whose vision and encouragement continue to inspire students to learn, create, and grow.
The Eco Fest Fair was organized to promote environmental awareness, creativity, and entrepreneurial learning while celebrating the spirit of Diwali in a responsible and sustainable manner. Students from the youngest learners to Class XII actively participated, making it a joyful experience for the entire school community.
The campus was beautifully decorated with student-led stalls reflecting creativity and teamwork. The Art Sectionshowcased handmade Diwali decorations and eco-friendly diyas, spreading the message of celebrating festivals while caring for the environment. Students also set up food stalls, serving delicious homemade items to parents, teachers, and visitors.
The fair also featured game stalls, a robotics stall, and a plant nursery, encouraging innovation and environmental responsibility. Through these stalls, students experienced real-life learning beyond the classroom—working in teams, managing stalls independently, interacting confidently with visitors, and even earning profits, while developing skills like teamwork, responsibility, and communication.
Parents were delighted and proud to see the confidence and creativity of their children. The Eco Fest Fair truly reflected Satluj World School’s commitment to nurturing confident, responsible, and innovative learners.
